Cosmic Shimmer Opal Polish. Cosmic Shimmer Opal Polish is a fast drying water based medium, containing a base colour polish with the addition of mica in a complementary colour, creating beautiful opalescent effects for craft projects. When used on dark card the mica colour dominates to give a completely different look. The pots have their own built in delivery system making them easy to apply to a variety of surfaces including card and MDF. The Opal Polish can be used to stamp images and enhance embossed designs for stunning backgrounds. 50ml.
