Pastelmat is a new concept on the dry pastel market. Thanks to its fixing properties, pastel can be applied layer after layer without a saturation effect and significantly less pastel powder comes off. You no longer need to use a fixative. The soft surface makes blending with your fingers more pleasant. Pastelmat is acid-free and is thick card paper to which fine cellulose particles are attached. It is resistant and retains all its properties even after erasing or moistening. Each sheet in this pad is protected by a sheet of satin greaseproof paper.
